veraVia — Return and refund Policy
Return Window We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return Contact us at customer.servicel@veravia.me. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be sent to: 5009-55 Cooper Street, Toronto, ON M5E 0G1, Canada Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Mood Kit (blind box) — All Mood Kit sales are final once opened. Due to the random nature of our blind box, we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on mood preference. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at customer.servicel@veravia.me.
