Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 CAD within Canada.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Standard shipping within Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers We ship via Canada Post and other major carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. veraVia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at customer.servicel@veravia.me with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
